Everything you need to know before you order.
Delivery
| Area | Time | Charge |
|---|---|---|
| Inside Dhaka | 1–3 working days | ৳60 |
| Outside Dhaka | 3–5 working days | ৳120 |
After you order, we call you to confirm your size and address, then hand the parcel to the courier. The rider calls you before arriving.
Payment
Cash on delivery only — you pay nothing online. Open the parcel and check your pair in front of the rider before you pay. If it's not what you ordered or doesn't fit, hand it back and pay only the delivery charge.
Size exchange
- Message us within 7 days of delivery to exchange for another size, if we have it in stock.
- The pair must be unworn outside, clean, and in its original box.
- Size exchange: you pay the delivery charge for the new pair.
- Wrong item or a manufacturing fault: we exchange it free.
